Rachelle Davis | Mental Performance Coach & Founder of The Umbrella Project

Founder of The Umbrella Project, Rachelle Davis is a Mental Performance Coach with a Bachelor’s in Sport Psychology and over 26 years of experience coaching and training dancers worldwide. She has worked across South Africa, Dubai, Australia, Los Angeles, and Austin, Texas, blending sport psychology with real-world dance experience.

After years of working with dancers and parents struggling with confidence, performance anxiety, comparison, and mental roadblocks, Rachelle created two transformative courses—one for dancers and one for dance parents—to provide practical tools for success, both in dance and beyond.
