Rachelle Davis is a Mental Performance Coach with a Bachelor’s in Sport Psychology and the Founder of The Umbrella Project, a global initiative helping dancers develop confidence, focus, and resilience. With 26 years of experience teaching and coaching across South Africa, Dubai, Australia, Los Angeles, and Austin Texas, she has worked with dancers at every level—blending sport psychology principles with real-world dance experience to build strong mental foundations.
Rachelle also understands the unique challenges of being a dance parent—navigating the pressures, decisions, and emotions that come with supporting a dancer’s journey. Having worked closely with parents worldwide, she has helped them develop the mindset, communication, and strategies needed to guide their dancers with confidence, while also managing their own emotions in the competitive dance world.
